Bi-lateral stimulation & relaxing nature sounds

A$10.00

Research conducted in the EMDR context has demonstrated the calming effects of bi-lateral stimulation, whereby each hemisphere of the brain is stimulated in an alternating fashion. In EMDR, this is usually done with eye movements, but can also be done with sounds. This recording entails relaxing nature sounds, some of which alternate between the left and right channels throughout the recording- creating bi-lateral stimulation. This is not intended to replace EMDR therapy, but to provide a calming effect. You will need to have a listening device which allows you to have left and righ ear buds in place.
