Relaxation for Sleep


This session begins with some discussion about the nature of sleep (around 10 minutes), then takes the listener on a calm and peaceful journey with relaxing music and nature sounds that are conducive to sleep, resulting in a recording of around an hour long. The same background music and nature sounds (without the talking) can be found on the Beach Dreaming recording.
